• Client-owned materials you provide remain yours
• Final deliverables become yours after full payment
• Velion Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how used to create the deliverables
Velion Technologies may showcase non-confidential work in a portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Some services may rely on third-party tools or platforms (e.g., analytics, CRM, ticketing systems, advertising platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Velion Technologies is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or restrictions.
We aim for measurable improvement, but outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithms, customer behavior, budget, internal execution, etc.). Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue, rankings, conversions).
Auto trading involves risk. Velion Technologies Technologies does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any trading tools or automation are provided for operational/technical purposes. You are responsible for decisions, risk settings, and compliance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
If we receive confidential business information during a project, we will use it only to deliver services and will not share it except with authorized team members or required service providers. This does not apply to information already public or independently developed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim related to services or the Website will not exceed the amount paid to Velion Technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Either party may terminate a project per the written agreement. If terminated:
• You pay for work completed up to the termination date
• Any non-cancellable third-party costs remain your responsibility
• Deliverables may be withheld until outstanding invoices are paid
Refund terms, if any, will be stated in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees for completed work, time spent, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
